I'm not saying it's always easy, some businesses have many years of technology cobbled together resulting in there not always being a simple answer and sometimes a lengthy process of getting to the core of the problem. Through listening to my clients' business needs, working closely with the key people within the company I've managed to create a lot of successful, well managed networks over these past 13 years.

The most important thing for me is our relationship with the clients. I don't have scores of technologists running around fixing IT problems. My clients invest in sound IT advice followed up with a technology platform that allows me to monitor their systems and take care of issues before they become emergencies.
